Welcome to our blog!

Happy Friday everyone!

With Race Directing safely behind us (Mini Donut Half Marathon), I’ve been inspired to continue to inspire people of all ages and abilities to live a healthy lifestyle. My hope here is to inspire ATHLETES to achieve their goals by sharing thoughts and ideas through this blog! Let’s start…

Rock and Ride has been in business since 2015, and although we’re more mainstream in the community now, the most frequent question is still “are you a spinning studio? or a bike shop?”

“Are you a spinning studio or a bike shop?”

“Are you a spinning studio or a bike shop?”

Rock and Ride is so much more. Please allow me explain. WE ARE NOT A SPIN STUDIO OR BIKE SHOP. We are a community of athletes, of all shape and levels. We are an environment that encourages community through sport. We are a cycling studio that encourages you to become a better cyclist. We are a fitness facility, athletes, and passionate cyclists who chose to not let winter keep us from riding at all!

Our namesake comes from one of the coolest human beings to walk (and bike) this earth, Jeff Littmann. Unfortunately, we lost Jeff to a car accident. For more details…

Now that we’ve cleared the air, let’s get down to it!

This blog will be your place to look for information, get inspired, and follow up on conversations or topics that you always wished you knew more about. I hope you come week after week and talk shop with us, engage in our community involvement topics, collaborate on all things coaching, and feel empowered by RnR racing talks!

STILL WITH ME? GREAT! To make this more custom tailored to your needs, please send us a comment on what topics you’d like to hear more information on.

Can’t wait to get this party started! Until then…Rock and Ride!
