Just like our individualized personal coaching programs, do not expect a one size fits all approach here. We believe in customized coaching tailored to each client’s needs and areas for development. We coach the full spectrum of clients: from the brand new beginner who needs individualized attention to the more experienced client who wants to fine tune a wellness plan and is seeking some accountability.

Our fitness plans are tailored to your needs and budget. Your monthly fee earns you much more interaction and guidance with a coach than paying for a per-hour personal training session!

All of our coached clients have access to cycling studio and receive a discount for all our packages. Your coach can recommend a variety of workout routines and meet you in the studio to complete your training session at a time that works for you.

  • Personalized training program and assessment of current skills, strengths and limiters

  • Ideal for individuals with fluctuating schedules, and those looking for closer coaching guidance.

  • Regular performance testing may include: running gait analysis, VO2 threshold testing, swimming techniques, etc.

  • Weekly phone conversation. Unlimited communication via email + text

  • TrainingPeaks premium account included

  • Weekly training plan posted on TrainingPeaks, custom tailored to you based on your progress and (ultimate) goals

  • Weekly data analysis helps to dictate week to week progress and performance

  • Individual pre and post race evaluation

  • 10% discount on cycling studio packages

 

SINGLE SPORT

  • Personalized training program and assessment of current skills, strengths and limiters

  • Ideal for individuals with fluctuating schedules, and those looking for closer coaching guidance for a specific single discipline ONLY.

  • Regular performance testing may include: running gait analysis, VO2 threshold testing, swimming techniques, etc.

  • Weekly phone conversation. Unlimited communication via email + text

  • TrainingPeaks accounts are not included. Basic and Premium account options are extra.

  • Weekly training plan posted on TrainingPeaks, custom tailored to you based on your progress and (ultimate) goals

  • Weekly data analysis helps to dictate week to week progress and performance

  • Pre and Post race plan and analysis is also not included at this price point.

GROUP COACHING

  • Ideal for team-specific and race-specific group training plans
