We are ready to give you a great workout. Whether you are looking to get in shape, build your power for racing, or just love to bike, our studio offers a one-on-one approach to all classes that you won’t experience in a spin studio!

Unlike a spin studio, at Rock and Ride, you will have the joy of riding YOUR OWN BIKE on our state of the art trainers. This training regime has been proven time and time again for professional cyclists, triathletes and “leisure” riders. Each workout is individualized regardless of your level of fitness.

Intro To Riding

60min session focused on following progression plan custom-tailored for riders all levels. This is a great starter class for newer riders! We will focus on the power and fitness improvement, cadence work, specific drills to help you improve technique, and speed intervals.

Power Hour

60min session focused on following a 12-week progression plan custom-tailored for riders all levels. We will focus on the power training, cadence work, specific drills to help you improve technique, speed intervals, and hill training.

Power Plus

90min weekend session focused on following a 12-week progression plan custom-tailored for riders all levels. We will focus on the following power training, cadence work, specific drills to help you improve technique, speed intervals, and hill training.

Open Riding

Need more riding outside class times? want to take advantage of simulated course riding? These time slots are meant for those who are looking to ride without following a specific workout. Ride options include Spinscan, 3D cycling, local course riding, etc. Software and screen use is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
